Fight Games (“Program”)
To be considered for the Program, you must complete this application honestly, accurately, completely, and to the best of your ability. I represent and warrant that all information I provide in connection with this casting process is true and accurate, and I acknowledge that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may be grounds for my immediate elimination from consideration.
I understand that Wheelhouse Studios LLC has no obligation to interview me or select me as a participant, even if I meet all eligibility requirements or selection criteria. Even if I am selected, Wheelhouse Studios LLC is not obligated to produce the Program or have me appear, and no network, distributor, or platform is obligated to exhibit the Program, my appearance, or any portion thereof. If selected, I understand I may be required to enter into a long-form agreement for my participation in the Program.
Note: Throughout this application, you may be asked for contact information for various people. By listing a person, you grant us permission to contact that person as a reference, as a means of contacting you, or as a means of obtaining additional information about you.
Eligibility Requirements
By submitting this application, I represent and warrant that:
- I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- I am either (i) a citizen or legal resident of the United States, or (ii) a non-U.S. citizen who holds a valid visa or other work authorization permitting me to legally work in the United States at the time of application and throughout my participation in the Program.
- Neither I, nor any of my immediate family members (including spouse, ex-spouse, parent, child, sibling, or step-relatives), nor any person residing in my household, is currently, or has been within the past one (1) year, an employee, officer, or director of Wheelhouse Studios LLC or any of its parent, subsidiary, affiliated, or related entities, or any of their respective licensees, successors, or assigns.
I understand that Wheelhouse Studios LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine all eligibility requirements and to deem any applicant ineligible for any reason, including without limitation if Wheelhouse Studios LLC determines that such applicant’s participation may create, or appear to create, a conflict of interest, impropriety, or any other situation that could adversely affect the integrity or perception of the Program.
