By submitting an application, I acknowledge and agree to the terms of this privacy statement.

Wheelhouse Entertainment LLC (“Company”) only has access to and collects information that I voluntarily give Company through my interview, application, and any other materials I submit. In addition, Company may acquire my information when I contact Company by telephone, postal mail, electronic mail, social media interaction, or messaging. I understand that Company will not sell or rent this information collected during my interview, application, or through my submitted materials to anyone. I further understand that Company plans to use my information in order to cast for Company’s programs.

I understand that Company may also use my information for marketing communications. Company will not share my information with any third party outside of Company, other than (1) as necessary to evaluate my interview or application, including, without limitation, sharing such information with the Network, (2) as may be required for purposes of health, safety, and other matters in the public interest, or (3) as may be required to cooperate with official investigations or legal proceedings brought by or otherwise involving governmental and/or law enforcement officials, as well as private parties, including in response to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal processes.

I understand that Company takes commercially reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, the information that I share with Company. Because no data transmission is completely secure, and no system of physical or electronic security is impenetrable, Company cannot guarantee the security of the information that I send or communicate to Company or the security of servers, networks, or databases that Company uses.

By submitting an application, I agree to assume all risk in connection with the information I share with Company. Company is not responsible for any loss of such information or the consequences thereof. In the event that Company believes my information has been compromised, Company may seek to notify me.

If I do not wish to receive future marketing or other commercial messages from Company, I shall simply contact Company via email at info@spokestudios.com. In addition, I can contact Company at info@spokestudios.com in order to ask any questions, verify the data Company has about me, change or correct any data Company has about me, delete any data Company has about me, or otherwise express concerns I have about Company’s use of my data.
